CLINICAL POSITION IN COUNSELING SERVICES. Experience in the area of mental health treatment with children and families required. Experience in public mental health preferred; bilingual and/or licensure a plus. Typical duties include mental health assessments, treatment plan development, individual psycho-therapy, case management, skills training, crisis intervention and group work. DIRECT CARE PART-TIME POSITIONS. for a five bed Residential Treatment Home and Respite Care Center in Pendleton. Must be at least 18 years of age. Position requires a high school education, maturity, responsibility, and the ability to work with persons with mental illness. Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a criminal background check. Positions are on-call and require a willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends. Residential Associates: Seeking people to deliver direct services to residents. Previous work experience with the mentally ill, residential treatment, social services and/or schools a plus but not required.

 

In Malheur County:

 

Family Care Coordinator/Skills Trainer. Job duties include facilitating Community Resource Team meetings child/adolescent mental health clients and their families. Duties for this position will be split one half facilitation and one half teaching parent skills in client's home or in the clinic. Successful applicant may have a B.A. degree plus two years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience with individuals with mental illness. Experience working with disabled or mentally ill children is desired. Must also have good documentation and organizational skills and the ability to facilitate a large complex meeting.
