Mental Health Services

It is often difficult to seek mental health services, but Lifeways wants to make it as easy as possible for you. You can expect to fill out some papers regarding your problem, and then you will be assessed as to the best course of action. Sometimes people need only one or two visits to resolve their situation, and sometimes it takes longer. You will help the counselor develop your treatment plan and goals . Having a good "match" is important, like any other collaboration. If you have a preference as to man or woman, or even a specific counselor, let us know.

 

Our counselors have a vast array of expertise and methods. You can go to individual or group counseling, or both. Children, adults, families and couples can all be served at Lifeways. If you have questions, contact us.
