Lifeways Stepping Stones Intensive Outpatient Program in Boise, Idaho takes a holistic approach to healing, addressing the emotional, mental, and practical challenges our clients face while helping them reconnect with themselves and their lives. Our clients can engage in more intensive care while staying connected to home, work, and community.

Stepping Stones groups are held in the outpatient room located on the east side of the property every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1:00-4:00 pm.
 
 
Structured Group Therapy and Personalized Support
We offer a structured program three days a week, Tuesdays through Thursdays, for three hours each day. Each session includes three group therapy groups: DBT skill-building, processing, and education. Along with group therapy, we provide individual therapy, case management, and medication management to support your recovery.
