Meet the Team

Caroline Bell

Meet Caroline! She is a Mental Health Specialist III here at Lifeways and specializes in working with clients who have experienced trauma. Caroline is currently facilitating DUI groups for Lifeways and is looking to expand groups to include anger management, breast cancer support groups, and survivors of interpersonal violence support groups.
Caroline is a recent addition to Lifeways as of July 2019. Having been a social worker for over 20 years, Caroline has a rich social work experience and has “been there, done that!” Caroline loves to work through trauma with survivors as this is her passion. She has a lot of different therapeutic tools to help survivors of any trauma be successful. One fun fact is that Caroline was the professor for many clinical social workers now working at Lifeways when they were getting their Master’s degrees.
Healing other’s traumas is what Caroline is passionate about. “I love being at Lifeways. It feels like coming home. I love being with an agency that makes such a significant impact for our community.”
