Can I pay my DUII Evaluation with my Insurance?
No, Lifeways does not bill your insurance, this is an out-of-pocket expense that you will have to pay prior to getting scheduled. Fee’s vary anywhere from $120-$200.
Can I have Case Management without having a therapist?
