Ron Van Ausdal

Meet Ron Van Ausdal, our new Outpatient Program Administrator in the Ontario office. Ron grew up in Nevada and moved to the Treasure Valley 10 years ago with his wife and daughter.

Ron graduated from the University of Nevada Reno in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. After moving to the Treasure Valley, he worked as a Psychosocial Rehabilitationist (PSR), a team leader, and later as a PSR program administrator. In 2013, Ron graduated with his Master’s in clinical social work from Northwest Nazarene University. In 2015, Ron joined the Lifeways team in Fruitland. He then moved to the Ontario office where he took on a supervisor roll before becoming the Outpatient Program Administrator. Ron is known for his calming demeanor, holding to ethical guidelines, understanding policies and procedures, and an ability to build team morale and unity.

In his spare time, he likes woodworking, camping, snorkeling and scuba diving with his family.

Over the course of Ron’s professional career, he has been driven and has established strong talents for helping individual clients, families and working with company programs which impact client care.
