Program Housing

Lifeways Housing Program is a clean and sober housing program where individuals may benefit from extra support in their journey to a fulfilling and independent life.

What the housing program provides is a clean and sober environment. For individuals with mental health or substance use disorders. We provide support and services for individuals based on the service plan developed by the clinician and individual.

Entry Process:

• Individuals will be considered for entry into one of the program homes if they meet the following criteria:
  • Referred by Clinician to the housing program.
  • The housing Application is to be completed by the client and clinician with signatures as required, and background checks must be cleared.

Temporary Housing: Clients may be involved in the housing program for up to one year. The clients expect to participate in their service plan and work towards independent living.
