Autumn has been with Lifeways since April 2022 as a Human Resources Director. She has over 15 years of experience with non-profit organizations in providing support and advice to operational managers and executive staff. She is very familiar with areas such as recruitment and employment, training and development, labor relations, mediating disputes, benefits administration, and policies & procedures. Autumn lives in a small Idaho town nearby with her spouse and their children. When not working, she likes to spend time with family and enjoys outdoor activities as well as cheering for her children’s sporting events.
